Hi, I am Joshua! Currently, I reside in Kentucky, home of bourbon and horses, but I am an Appalachian boy at heart, with a penchant for travel. I enjoy color, self-expression, and have a slight Lego obsession. While at a deli in LA, a worker couldn't contain her excitement about my bold rainbow-starred hoodie. She exclaimed how it made her happy to see such vibrant colors, emphasizing the need for more color in our lives to bring joy rather than settling for dull beige. She then gave me an extra cookie. I have taken those words to heart and made it the core of my professional work too, and not just because she gave me a cookie.
The world has changed in so many ways in the past couple of years. Most are desperate to go back to beige ideas. Personally, I have opted to add color to everything from my design work to my approach to social media marketing. There is no reason not to! I have done this by embracing productive direct communication, and adding whimsy to everything I create. After all, our clients' outlook has changed, why wouldn't our products, marketing, and customer service change to match it?
