Hi, I’m Joshua!
I’m a business operations and marketing manager with a strong focus on e-commerce. I specialize in streamlining systems, optimizing customer experience, and building colorful, engaging brand identities that actually stand out in a sea of sameness. I’m currently based in Kentucky (yes, land of bourbon and horses), but I bring an Appalachian work ethic and a whole lot of creativity to everything I do.
A few years back, a deli worker in LA stopped me mid-order to tell me how happy my rainbow-starred hoodie made her. She said the world needed more color—and then handed me an extra cookie. I’ve been working to live up to that cookie ever since. 
In my full-time role, I juggle everything from inventory management and shipping logistics to digital marketing strategy and content creation. I also take on freelance gigs in social media consulting and copywriting, helping brands find their voice (and actually say something interesting with it). 
The world has changed—and people are craving color, connection, and clarity. I build operations and marketing strategies that reflect that shift—practical, playful, and never beige.
